About Our Mindset Therapeutic Women’s Group
Our team of counselors have been working on this program to help women and gender-nonconforming adults focusing on a variety of themes and topics which could be a cost-affordable alternative or addition to individual therapy. This group is open, meaning group members can join at any week, and are not obligated to attend weeks where topics may not be relevant to them (i.e. parenthood, pregnancy, loss).
Topics include self-esteem and self-image, work/life balance and career advancement, feeling worthy, how childhood origin wounds may be present today, loss and grief, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, self-identity, grounding techniques and coping skills, phases and stages of adulthood, how expectations of self and society’s expectations coincide, relationships, friendships in adulthood, belonging, trauma, feeling enough, and more.
This is an LGBTQIA+ welcomed space.
